RFA Training Challenge

Players are challenged and encouraged to practice outside of normal RFA classes. Players keep track of minutes they train and the number of touches they get on the ball.

Getting touches on the ball every single day is essential to player development. Our training log encourages players to train on their own, and rewards the players with the most time logged.

At the start of each week, a training log will be emailed out players. You can either print out the sheet and write in your training time, or fill in the spreadsheet. At the end of the week, players will email the training log to RFA@OlyPenSports.com

Our log was created with specific footskills to practice but players are welcome to practice any skill moves they want. You can view examples of our skills at the links below.
